Working Student in Customer Service (m/f/d)

FLIO is looking for a talented working student for its Customer Service.

FLIO is the most used airport app in the world.
Since air travel creates many uncertainties for passengers, our mission is to de-stress passengers with accurate information.
Our app provides updates about security wait times and flight statuses around the world. Moreover, FLIO offers food and beverage deals at many airports and allows you to book train tickets, parking and lounges on the go.

Our users are the most important thing for the company, we are working hard to make them happy!
For this, we are searching for a young talent who can support us as in customer service.

Your tasks will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users and customers

  • Solving user-generated tickets through Zendesk

  • Coordinating with the technical development team

  • Answering and analyzing user reviews/ratings on the Google Play and Apple Store

  • Creating reports of key user feedback to support the continuous development of the company

  • Handling in-app user transactions and solving with partner companies

  • Depending on demand 10-20 hours per week, with a salary of 12€/hour

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Very proficient/native English and ideally German skills; other languages are a plus (our app is also available in French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Lithuanian, soon also Portuguese)

  • Previous work experience in customer service is a plus

  • Computer literate and digital knowledge (MS Office, Google Products, etc.)

  • Problem-solver, analytical and service-oriented

  • A passion for start-ups and the technology space, a self-starter and keen to grow

  • Enrolled in a German university for at least one more year (mandatory)
